By clicking “I agree” or accessing the Platform, you confirm that you are authorized to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent.

2. Description of Services

Yourly operates an online referral and recruiting platform that connects Connectors, Employers, and Talents (or Candidates):

• Connectors refer qualified professionals (Talents) to open roles posted by employers.
• Employers post opportunities and hire Talents through Yourly’s network.
• Talents (Candidates) may be referred by Connectors and connected with employers.

The Platform may also use AI tools to assist with matching, communication, and coordination.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using Yourly, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal authority to agree to these Terms.

You may need to create an account to access certain features of the Platform. You agree to:
